We're here to support you on your journey to a healthier and happier self. Visit our spacious Fitness Gym with stunning views of our grass pitch, athletics track, and the local area. Our gym welcomes people of all ages, and our expert fitness instructors will help you reach your goals.
Our equipment includes a large number of cross-trainers, treadmills, upright bikes, rowers, recumbent bikes, steppers, an Assault Bike and Ski Erg machine, along with wide selection of Life Fitness and Precor Cardiovascular machines, resistance weight machines, free weights area, stretch area and TRX/Core training area and a large selection of free weights
Our policy is that all patrons of our Fitness Gym must be a minimum age of sixteen years, however we offer a specially supervised period of time when patrons aged thirteen to fifteen years may use a limited amount of equipment under the supervision of our Fitness Team. Gym time for younger teens occurs in limited sessions that take place at 4:15pm Monday to Friday and at 2pm and 3pm on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. Teen Gym sessions are forty five minutes long and customers must wear the wristband given to them at Reception and respect the instructions and guidelines given to them by the Fitness Team so that they can workout safely.

Class Details
The original barbell class! A full-body weights workout, Body Pump is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast! Powered by science – using the ‘Rep Effect’ formula of light weights and high repetitions, Body Pump develops lean athletic muscle, aids metabolism and improves body composition working all the major muscle groups in the body.
Available as a live class and virtual studio class.
Exercise Type - Strength
THE TRIP™ is a fully immersive workout experience that combines a 40-minute multi-peak cycling workout with a journey through digitally-created worlds. With its cinema-scale screen and sound system, this workout takes motivation and energy output to the next level, burning serious calories.

Exercise Type - Cardio
A blend of Pilates, barre, and power yoga to sculpt and strengthen all major muscle groups, improve alignment and increase flexibility. A low impact but intense workout.

A variety of Les Mills classes lead by a virtual instructor on the big screen. Workouts include Body Pump, Body Balance, Combat, Core, RPM and Body Attack.

Why not bring your students to The Watershed where we offer a diverse range of facilities and fitness classes and can design an exciting workout program for schools who want to diversify from the sports regularly played during school hours? We have classes such as aqua aerobics, team sports, track and field athletics and kettlebells.

Let our experienced team of fitness professionals provide your company employees with a fitness challenge to encourage team-building and foster good working relationships while at the same leading the way to a healthier and more active lifestyle. Older Adults
Every week we hold 'Age Friendly' classes specifically for the for the members of our community aged 60 years plus.
